My name is Bond, and I'm the founder of this platform. The idea for Joyyy.xyz came to me when my friends, who felt stuck in their jobs, asked for advice on navigating life and career changes.
With over 15 years of experience in various career paths, including starting my own business called The Transition and offering coaching services as a Sidehustle Master on Airbnb Experiences, I realized there was a lack of real support for those going through similar transitions.
